The Clearance?

For over fifteen years, FAIRPLAY CLEARANCE has offered a clearance service for all intellectual property elements used in films, series, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and audiovisual projects during the various stages of production: script, pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production. These elements may be protected by trademark law, copyright law, image rights, or name rights.

The company intervenes at all stages of production to obtain the authorizations allowing the use of the various brands (visible or pronounced), shops, logos, products, packaging, paintings, sculptures, buildings, furniture, costumes, photographs, posters, books, records, names, addresses, telephone numbers or any other protected elements present in the films.

This process of searching for rights holders and negotiating the use of protected elements becomes systematic and mandatory for all audiovisual works and involves four main steps.
